IMPORTANT Shipping Information (if you select in-store pick up when purchasing a gun, you will be charged for shipping at checkout, but we will credit this back when you pick up the gun). All firearms not picked up directly at Dallas Gun Source will require the purchaser to select a local FFL dealer (generally a gun shop) for us to ship your gun to. Due to Federal law, we are not permitted to ship a firearm directly to you unless you are a FFL holder. You will need to enter your preferred FFL dealer in the ship to location as a part of the checkout process. If you do not know which FFL dealer to use please contact us and we can guide you through the process (email us at [email protected]). Please note - it is very IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR SELECTED FFL DEALER PRIOR TO OR SOON AFTER purchasing your firearm - so they can agree to handle the transfer. It is standard for a FFL dealer to charge a fee to transfer a firearm - you will need to confirm the cost with your selected FFL. Non-firearm purchases will be be shipped directly to you. Orders that have both accessories and a firearm will create two shipments (the accessories will ship to you and the firearm to the FFL dealer). All long gun and standard shipments from DGS are sent Ground while hand guns and hazardous materials shipments will be shipped USPS Priority or FedEx 2 Day. All DGS shipments will be sent - "SIGNATURE REQUIRED". It is each customer's responsibility to make sure someone will be at the ship to location to receive the package. DGS does NOT SHIP TO P.O. boxes and to some States. Orders that are returned due to lack of signature will be charged the restocking fee (see Returns). Please see the list below of States or Municipalities that DGS either does not or rarely ships firearms to - this list can change at any time. DGS will contact you if there is a problem with shipping to your location. Please also be aware that some accessories (such as high capacity magazines) cannot be shipped legally to some States - please do not attempt to order illegal items if your State or municipality restricts the item.

Picking Up Items at Dallas Gun Source
If you intend to pick up an item from Dallas Gun Source directly, please contact us [email protected] or phone (972-590-4242) - you do not need to purchase the gun through the shopping cart for in-store pick ups. Note - proof of Texas residency is required to pick up any firearms purchased at Dallas Gun Source. Items purchased online for pick up in store are held for the specific buyer who purchases it. All guns should be picked up within 60-days of purchase. Firearms that are not picked up during this time period will incur a storage fee of $5 per firearm per month.
